三相直流无刷电机用的电平转换器
BD67891MUV是一款电平转换器,可将驱动三相直流无刷电机时ASIC输出的控制逻辑信号转换为外置FET的栅极驱动信号,还可将电机侧输出的霍尔信号和FG信号转换为ASIC的输入信号。内置了可通过外置CR设置OFF时间的电流限制功能、作为保护功能的温度保护电路以及低电压时的误动作防止电路,因此可以构建高可靠性的驱动电路。此外,还内置省电功能,可以减少待机时的电路电流,有助于进一步降低应用产品的功耗。
